For 18+ years, I’ve engineered software. For the last 9, I’ve lived in the trenches of ML, MLOps, and GenAI—not for academic credit, but for business impact. My work begins where the flashy demo ends.
I’ve seen too many AI projects fail because they were built for a conference, not a customer. My focus is on the gritty, complex work that turns a prototype into a profitable, scalable product. This blog is my collection of **battle-tested blueprints** from the field. No hype. Just what works.
